Thank you for visiting and shopping at Horan Store. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (e.g., Q4 holidays or major sales events), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs inspection, or carrier disruptions.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: US, UK, CA, AU.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Notice:

Horan Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier system.
You can track your package using our Track Order Page.

5. Incorrect Address & Re-routing

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Address modifications can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photo/video evidence and contact us immediately at support@horanstore.com .
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before reaching out to our support team.
